However, it is prudent to mention that Mega Mewtwo Y is pure psychic, and as such, is the strongest psychic type in the game, with some of, if not the highest CP numbers in the game currently. This is a standard psychic type, and Mega Mewtwo Y has no surprise moves. In fact, since it can know Hyper Beam, that is a benefit for Ghost Pokemon.
