Mega Mewtwo Y stands alone as the highest CP you can get, beating out both Primal legendaries, and is the best pure psychic type in the game far and away. This counter is one of many GO FEST raids. There are too many to put a coherent schedule here, but rest assured, pretty much every legendary, mega, and shadow under the sun will be going at some point. Just like its other form, Mega Mewtwo Y also knows Ice Beam, though it is a bit less effective, due to the lack of flying weakness. However, being careful here is certainly worth it.
