Getting some practice in for Kingdom, best of 3 series with my friend Sungjin Hong who came 2nd at our Tempest Cup.
We learnt a very important lesson and this is going to be very valuable for all who will attend Kingdom Cup.
In this video I’m going show you WHY you MUST have 2 Bastiodon Counter Or you’d get exploited.
In summary:
– With 1 counter only (such as Lucario) to Bastiodon, it becomes easy for opponent to bait out your Lucario with a Lapras as a ‘sacrificial swap’.
– Once Lucario is baited out and switch locked, you can bring in your Lucario counter after your Lapras faint
– Once Lucario is gone, Bastiodon will be able to sweep.
In the video, I will show you exactly how this can be done and we came up with a dozen different scenarios to show that this can be executed with high consistency.
